West Kensington Office Refurbishment & Extension

A complete refurbishment and new floor to an existing office

Satish Jassal Architects has won planning permission to add an additional floor to an existing office in West Kensington. We have also completed a refurbishment of this 1980's office.
 

Phase 1
Involves refurbishing the existing office spaces to bring them up to modern standards with modern air conditioning and high-speed internet. A mixture of bespoke and standard joinery has been incorporated with different lighting options. A variety of office spaces providing a unique type of office accommodation for small to medium-sized companies
 

Phase 2
This phase involves the creation of an additional floor while keeping the rest of the building tenanted. The new office space has been carefully designed to respect the conservation area and will be made from prefabricated elements to reduce the impact on existing tenants. The mansard roof form is clad in octagon and diamond pre oxidised copper shingles. The projecting windows have L shaped glass windows/roof lights within Oak frames. The roof extension has added almost 2,500sqft of office space to the building.
